Biography

Research is my passion and I've been doing it successfully for more than 20 years.   

My expertise is in qualitative research; doing focus groups and in-depth interviews using the latest methodologies & techniques which enable me to uncover insights beyond the obvious.  This is crucial for my clients. They learn from my research recommendations, enabling them to make optimal decisions.

When I collaborate on a project I don’t hold back.  I am a gifted listener, a creative research designer, an effective problem-solver, dedicated strategist and vigilant project manager who ALWAYS delivers on-time.  

I know how best to utilize traditional and technology-based qualitative research techniques.  And, I can design the most effective hybrid quantitative-qualitative research options.
