I am a seasoned marketing, consumer insights, and marketing research professional, with both client and supplier side experience at the most senior level. I have personally moderated 1000's of focus groups, 1:1 in-depth interviews, and usability studies in addition to 100's of online surveys including global awareness studies, marketing claims studies, concept tests, and comprehensive customer usage and satisfaction studies
Research data alone is not enough - my passion is in translating the findings into actionable, usable next steps. Working hand in hand with my clients (internally or externally) to make research useful, effective, and impactful is my primary goal.
My most recent stint included scoping, defining, and leading the consumer research function at Beachbody / Team Beachbody - a global leader in fitness and nutritional products sold via a unique multi-channel sales approach comprised of a mix of direct response, ecommerce, and network marketing.
I am a passionate, energetic, creative leader that has the ability to connect with and motivate diverse groups of people. Head of the Consumer Research Department for Beachbody (Direct Response) and Team Beachbody (Network Marketing) - My role was to work across the organization with product, brand, and network marketing managers to help them better understand their current and prospective markets, determine viability of new product offerings, ascertain usage and satisfaction, and assist with product improvements and enhancements.. Additionally we provided B2B support within the network marketing side of the business - post conference assessments and review, training program evaluations, compensation plan evaluation, marketing material support and guidance, and general support and feedback.  My department was designed to scope, approve, plan, conduct, and analyze all marketing research and consumer insights initiatives across all business lines and geographic areas.
